Reads a random line from a textfile.

This code is based on the Total Eclipse Random Line Display available from http://www.tescripts.net.

I found that the other Random Quotes hack started weighting results, getting less and less random if the quotes file had more than 25 lines, and would favor one specific line more frequently than any other.
